XK-500KZ high-precision heavy-duty CNC milling machine has the
advantages of high degree of automation, high processing accuracy,
high cutting efficiency, safe and reliable operation, etc. The
machine tool can complete milling, slot jumping and lettering in
one clamping, and does not require secondary clamping of the
roller. The machine bed is designed with three parallel guide
rails. The width of the bed must reach 910mm and the width of the
saddle is 810mm, which ensures that the machine tool has sufficient
rigidity and vibration resistance as a whole, so as to be suitable
for milling high-hardness tungsten carbide roller rings and
high-speed steel rollers and composite rollers. The longitudinal
movement of the large slide of the machine tool is equipped with a
locking mechanism to ensure that there is no waste groove caused by
center offset when processing high-hardness rollers or performing
large cutting. The flying cutter milling body and the swing milling
body are installed relative to each other, and the two do not
interfere with each other.
The machine tool adopts system-controlled ball screw transmission
in the longitudinal and transverse directions; in addition, a
manual tool setting mechanism is installed in the transverse
direction to improve the tool setting efficiency.
The control adopts SINUMERIK808D control system, LCD full-color
display, and can realize any four-axis linkage.
Main Features:
1. Notching (base function)
CNC machine can notch ribs for the deformed steel bar with all
standard. The CNC machine use 4 server motors
X axis :notch tool feed forward or turn back.
Y axis: the roll turning with worn gear
Z axis : notching tool turning on the level surface with gear
drive.
A axis: the notch tool move from the left to the right.
2.Marking ( basical function)
CNC machine can mark on the surface of the roll.
Marking cutter feed forward or turn back, and move from the left to
the right
x axis : notching tool feed forward or turn back.
Y axis: the roll turning with worn gear
A axis: the notch tool move from the left to the right
S axis: high speed of the marking cutter spindle turning
