The machine is a special machine tool for rolling mills. It is
mainly used for processing the hole profile of the roll body in
steel mills. It uses forming tools to perform rough turning,
semi-finishing turning, cutting and other processing of the hole
profile of various rolling mills and repair of the hole profile. It
can also perform rough processing on the outer cylindrical surface
of the rolling mill and process some other shaft parts.
It is consists of a bed, a headstock, a tailstock, a tool holder, a
center frame and other components. The headstock and the tailstock
are installed on the left and right ends of the bed respectively.
The tailstock can move or be fixed along the bed rail to meet the
needs of workpieces of different lengths.
The main transmission is driven by an AC asynchronous motor. After
mechanical speed change, the spindle can obtain 12-level speed. The
feed system is composed of the spindle through the optical bar and
mechanical speed change to make the tool holder obtain 12-level
feed in the longitudinal and transverse directions.
The main transmission of the machine tool is driven by an AC motor,
and the spindle can obtain a speed of 2~90r/min through a
mechanical 12-level speed change.
