Cross beam: Constructed from high-strength, low-stress cast iron and subjected to aging processes, the beam maintains structural integrity and minimizes deformation. Its rails are IF hardened, providing the necessary rigidity and strength crucial for tool accuracy. A weight reduction mechanism above the rails eases tool carriage movement, while PTFE wear-resistant soft belts with low friction coefficients line the contact surfaces between beams and columns, significantly prolonging machine lifespan. The front beam is vertically oriented, enabling vertical motion within the column structure.

Electrical control panel: All electrical systems are housed within a centralized power distribution cabinet, featuring reputable Chinese electrical components. Additionally, options for international brands like HEIDENHAIN, Siemens, and Schneider are available for customer preference.

Hydraulic system: Comprising a worktable static pressure module, primary drive mechanism, beam clamping apparatus, and a vertical turret tamping hydraulic balance system, the hydraulic setup incorporates a pressure safeguard feature. In instances of improper pressure application, the system automatically shuts down to prevent damage.
