Description:

This machine series is versatile, catering to various industrial

cylindrical turning, boring, tapering, surfacing, and grooving,
both in roughing and finishing stages.
Equipped with a high-precision thrust ball bearing table, it
ensures smooth operation. The machine also incorporates a rolling
guideway (or slipping guideway), enhancing its performance. The
spindle radial utilizes an NN30 type double-row cylindrical roller
bearing, boosting rotational accuracy and load capacity. A
pentagonal turret is fitted on the rail head, while a square turret
adorns the side head, both featuring hydraulic balancing.
Horizontal and vertical movements are driven by rolling lead screw
bearings, ensuring precise control.

Vertical Lathe Machine Main Structure:

reduction treatment, the machine weight and standard weight.

The beam guide and ram guide are treated by super audio quenching
(HRC≥50), and the sliding surface of guide is treated with plastic
(including inclined iron surface and pressing plate surface), so
that the product precision can be maintained for a long time and
the overhaul cycle can be extended for more than 10 years at least.
The electric adopts Japan omron PLC control, the electrical parts
