Vertical Lathe Machine High-Precision Cnc Single Column Vtl
This manual DRO display vertical lathe machine is designed with a
vertical spindle that holds and rotates the workpiece. The cutting
tool is mounted on a tool turret that moves in multiple axes,
allowing for precise and complex machining operations.
Generally it can be programmed to perform a wide range of machining
operations, such as turning, drilling, boring, threading, and
milling, with minimal human intervention.
Equipped with a high-precision thrust ball bearing table, it
ensures smooth operation. The machine also incorporates a rolling
guideway (or slipping guideway), enhancing its performance. The
spindle radial utilizes an NN30 type double-row cylindrical roller
bearing, boosting rotational accuracy and load capacity. A
pentagonal turret is fitted on the rail head, while a square turret
adorns the side head, both featuring hydraulic balancing.
Horizontal and vertical movements are driven by rolling lead screw
bearings, ensuring precise control.
Electrically, the machine is governed by a PC system, promising
high reliability. Its aesthetically pleasing design not only
pleases the eye but also eases maintenance and servicing. Special
requirements can be met with additional features such as side head
attachments, digital controls, and taper turning capabilities.
