Conventional horizontal metal turning lathe machine introduction:
1. This machine can use to process castings, steel and small-sized
and medium-sized parts of nonferrous.
2. They are also suitable for turning external cylindrical, inner
hole and end face. In addition it can do groove broaching,
drilling, boring and trepanning.
3. They can also cut metric, inch, module, diametrical pitch
threads and various internal and external thread.
4. Top slide not only can work independently to cut short conical
surface, but also can longitudinal feed to cut long conical
surface.
5. Spindle bearings use domestic famous-brand company products.
6. Frond end of the spindle adopts three-supporting structure of
two-way angular in touch with the ball bearing to improve its
accuracy and enhance its rigidity
7. Gears in headstock and guide way are processed by quenching to
ensure accurate transmission and high rigidity.
